Abstract

I mutamenti verificatesi nei sistemi bancari dell’Europa orientale dopo le riforme degli indirizzi economici a partire dal 1965 costituiscono soprattutto uno spostamento finanziario degli investimenti da assegnazioni di bilancio non rimborsabili a prestiti a lungo termine concessi dalla Banca di Stato. Altri mutamenti importanti comprendono la semplificazione delle operazioni per il credito d’esercizio, l’ampliamento della disponibilità di credito al consumo e la espansione dell’attività delle banche per il commercio estero.
