Abstract
This paper addresses the tax home according to Nicaraguan legislation until 2014 Research is descriptive and the methodology isdocumental based on the observation of the rule of law in order to expose the constitutional guarantees that protect the address and the legal consequences that can face Taxpayer should make changes to the same, with or without notice to the Tax Administration.
