Abstract
Globalization has been propelled by the use of communication technologies and ICT information, so this article aims to make a diagnosis to know the perception that teachers have university Simon Bolivar on its use. In line with this objective, questions associated with respondent profile variables are formulated, perception of use and level of satisfaction. It is a field, the results show an organization aligned with the use of technology, low resistance to change and ecology standards supporting among others.
