Abstract
Esta pesquisa pretende apresentar a estrutura da obra Centoventi articoli sulla natura e sull’universo contro i peripatetici publicada em 1586 por Giordano Bruno. A obra tem como objetivo fazer análise de duas obras aristotélica: Física e Do Céu. Nesses textos Bruno identifica a presença de conceitos que sustentam a base teórica sobre a qual está fundamentada a descrição do universo como sendo geocêntrico e finito. Ao analisar as duas obras aristotélicas Bruno pretende confrontar o geocentrismo e apresentar a defesa da sua tese heliocêntrica, que descreve o universo como sendo infinito e povoado de inumeráveis mundos.
