Abstract
Рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с профессиональной подготовкой дизайнеров. Несогласованность в образовательном процессе и отсутствие четких требований мешает подготовке специалиста, способного к деятельности в современных условиях, в том числе с учетом требований региональных промышленных предприятий. Автор видит решение в создании модели профессиональной деятельности дизайнера, опирающейся на специфику местного рынка дизайн-услуг, для которого и проис ходит подготовка специалистов. Такая модель будет учитывать типы специализации и основные требования к выпускнику в области дизайна одежды. Это позволит готовить компетентного и практико-ориентированного специалиста.
