Abstract
Desde un punto de vista post-Hilferding, este análisis tiene como objetivo probar tres proposiciones que constituyen el núcleo de la teoría general del circuito monetario: En primer lugar, que los mercados financieros no pueden, normalmente, racionar la habilidad del Estado para gastar. En segundo lugar, que la limitación a la deuda pública, por lo tanto, no existe en circunstancias normales. Por el contrario, la acumulación de deuda pública constituye la condición de estabilidad fundamental de todo el sistema financiero, en tanto ésta sea el resultado de una política planeada de largo plazo de déficits productivos (lo debe derivar en déficit bueno). Finalmente, que luchar contra la financiarización generada por la tendencia de evolucionar hacia un sistema feudal-parasitario, por parte de las corporaciones del sector privado, sólo el déficit productivo de largo plazo puede generar pleno empleo y, en el caso más optimista, neutralizar esta tendencia.
