Abstract
В статье проводится ретроспективный анализ различных отечественных и зарубежных концепций, касающихся вопросов социального управления производственными компаниями; выявляются их достоинства и недостатки. Исследование концепций, изучение накопленного опыта в управлении производственными компаниями необходимо для создания новой теоретической основы социального управления производственными организациями в условиях развития рыночных отношений в нашем государстве. В настоящее время важен поиск новых средств, форм, методов, резервов усиления систем управления отечественным производством. Авторы приходят к выводу, что Россия нуждается в собственных теоретических разработках социального управления экономикой производственными компаниями, соответствующих преимущественным (лучшим, чем у Запада) геополитическим условиям, в том числе характеру, творчеству, прилежности и трудолюбию населения.
