Resumen
Afirmaciones como "jugar bien en los deportes de equipo, consiste en elegir la opción de juego más adecuada en cada momento y ser capaz de llevarla a cabo de forma eficiente y consciente durante todo el partido", "la peculiaridad de los juegos deportivos es el proceso de toma de decisión que precede a la ejecución en el juego" hace que en algunos deportes el proceso de toma de decisiones sea una herramienta básica en su tratamiento para optimizar el rendimiento de los deportistas. A través de este artículo pretendo analizar cuestiones relacionadas con este tema como "¿qué variables intervienen en el proceso de decisión en el deporte?", "¿cómo puedo entrenar el proceso decisional de mis deportistas?", que tantas veces nos hacemos los que trabajamos en el ámbito deportivo.
Abstract
Statements such as "Playing well at team sports is choosing the best option in every situation and be able to carry it out in the most efficient and conscious way along the game", "the peculiarity of sport games is the decision making process before the execution of the game", makes the decision making process a basic tool at optimizing the athlete's performance. In this article, I will try to analyze questions related to this topic: "What are the variables that interfere on the decision making process at sports?" or "How can I train my athletes in the process?". Questions that we have asked ourselves so many times.
