Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un paciente varón de 68 años con cardiopatía isquémica y múltiples factores de riesgo de arteriosclerosis, que estando en tratamiento médico con ácido acetilsalicílico (AAS), clopidogrel y enoxaparina, desarrolló un hematoma de gran tamaño de la pared torácica que precisó drenaje quirúrgico urgente. Se comentan otros casos descritos en la literatura médica de esta infrecuente condición.
