Abstract
En el presente trabajo aborda las principales cuestiones del institutode la transformación en el ambiente de la sociedad cooperativa, previstospor la ley de cooperativas de España y por las legislaciones autonómicas de Andalucía,de Valencia y del País Vasco. Asimismo se va a discurrir sobre la transformaciónen el seno de la ley de cooperativas de Brasil, presentándose un pronunciamientocritico relacionado al silencio del legislador brasileño respecto al tema.
