Abstract
The article considers the nature and peculiarities of implementation of the organized recruitment of industrial enterprises of Donetsk region in the post-war years. The official end of the war formally ended legally practice labor mobilization as a method of workforce acquisition . Under these conditions increased the value of the mass-raising, propaganda work. However, the shortage of workers at a strategically important enterprises of Donbass and enormous opportunities of the administrative-command system contributed to the preservation methods of strict administration.
Serious problems that emerged in the organizational set were – failure to plan, high turnover of recruited through poor living conditions, poor work organization and roughness from direct management. In 40-es of the twentieth century, the organizational set only worked to replenish the labor force of the region. In the early 50-es, with the gradual saturation of the workforce of the industrial objects were created Stalin and Voroshilovgrad oblast recruitment office, which began to perform tasks on the organizational set for enterprises of the Urals and the Far East. Some hope in their implementation depended on the category of the amnestied people. At the same time there was a shift away from labour law of wartime.
