Among the contents of the law, we can found a clear definition of the responsibilities of the Ministry as a tool of the political authority to conduct the national Defense and, in the other hand, they depicts a set of action areas that makes possible the adaptation of values and principles of the Social Corporative Responsibility as a paradigm of the new perspective of sustained development to which the defense sector may be added tuned with the ministerial statement in 2008, and thus contributing to the configuration of a new and different model for civil- military relations. in an exploratory way, this work goes through significant aspects of this relationship, their links with the SCR and the legal issues involved therein. The alternative to go deeper in other related studies about the development and application of this model. Remains open.
