Abstract
استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس یکی از مهمترین عوامل ایجاد کننده تورم پستان بالینی و تحت بالینی در دامهای شیری میباشد. این باکتری طیف وسیعی از توکسینهای خارج سلولی و فاکتورهای حدت (TSST-1) تولید میکند که در بیماریزایی آن نقش دارد. در این مطالعه 58 جدایه استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس از 9 گله گاو شیری در استانهای آذربایجان شرقی و غربی جدا گردید. جدایهها بر اساس روش کشت، خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی و همچنین به وسیله تکثیر ژن aroA اختصاصی استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس شناسایی گردیدند. همچنین جدایهها به منظور شناسایی ژن(tst)، کد کننده توکسین (TSST-1) با استفاده از روش واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. ژن tst در 9 جدایه (5/15%) از 58 جدایه شناسایی گردید. مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که تکثیر ژن aroA با استفاده از روش واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز میتواند به عنوان روش موثر در تشخیص استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس در موارد تورم پستان استفاده گردد. هچنین نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که سویههایی از استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس که باعث تورم پستان میگردند توانایی تولید (TSST-1) استافیلوکوکی را دارند. به طور کلی مطالعه حاضر لزوم بررسی و شناسایی استافیلوکوکوس ارئوس تولید کننده (TSST-1) در مواد غذایی مورد مصرف انسان را جهت پیشگیری از سندرم شوک توکسیک خاطر نشان میکند.
