Abstract
In the presented article the author highlights the main causes of east crisis and its role in shaping the macedonian question. Consistently considered events that took place in the balkans in the XIX ­ XX centuries.. directly were the main causes of the crisis in the eastern balkans, during which it is possible to understand the fate of the turkish possessions in Europe. Evaluated and examined the desperate attempts of the bulgarian state leadership to decide and resolve the macedonian issue in their favor. Analyzes that the berlin congress became a landmark moment in the history of the balkans. Playing a stabilizing role, it also laid the fundamental balkan conflict that for many years, up until today, secured balkans notoriety” powder keg of Europe”. The article description macedonian question of its origin and cause. Considered, the situation macedonian lands that after the berlin congress substantially complicated. On the map of Europe, the newly independent states, though much curtailed in berlin regulations. All of them were of the “national liberation”, and all of these programs contain para macedonian accession areas...The article stresses that bulgaria, decisions of the berlin congress was deeply offended : bulgarian lands separated and macedonian lands reject from bulgaria. It is painfully hit the bulgarian national feeling . “Bulgaria within the stipulated san ­ stefano treaty!” ­ So we can formulate the goal of the foreign policy of bulgaria after the berlin congress. Macedonian question now has become a stumbling block in bulgarian ­ serbian relations. The idea of a confederation of Serbia and Bulgaria was finally buried, and the rivalry between the two countries on the macedonian issue became a source of constant threat among the Slavs war in the balkans. It was also the influence of macedonian question in the context of east crisis on the foreign policy of bulgaria, its place in the politics of european countries. Examined the growth of conflict over macedonian territory between the balkan countries and analyzed the position of european states in this scenario issue in acute east crisis. Summarized and evaluated objectively treaty of Berlin, and after which worsened the situation in the balkans and its results led to the “eastern crisis”, was an expression of the real balance of forces great european powers in 1878. This relationship did not have the benefit of Russia and the balkan peoples.
