Abstract
En este trabajo presentamos algunos resultados de nuestra investigación sobre "experiencia militante en Costa Rica" realizada entre 1999 y el 2002. Especificamente, abordamos la relación entre género y vivencia política, basándonos en lo fundamental en los relatos de las cuarenta personas (40) que entrevistaramos en nuestro proyecto, indagamosen diversos ejes temáticos que tienen que ver con la vivencia política en organizaciones marxistas durante los años setenta y ochenta, tales como liderazgos, roles, relaciones interpersonales, socialización política, el control,etc
