Abstract

Astăzi se resimte tot mai mult necesitatea aplicării unor tehnologii didactice noi care ar spori calitatea formării com­petenţelor profesionale la viitorii meseriaşi din învăţământul profesional tehnic. Cele mai potrivite tehnologii didactice utilizate în procesul de formare profesională sunt tehnologiile centrate pe elev. Pentru proiectarea unei tehnologii didac­tice este important să se pornească de la obiectivele lecţiei, obiectivele de performanţă finală şi competenţele profesionale ce urmează a fi formate. Implementarea în învăţământul profesional tehnic a tehnologiilor didactice orientate spre necesităţile elevului are un impact enorm asupra formării competenţelor profesionale la elevi, motivându-i pentru activităţile de învăţare şi implicându-i mult mai interes în soluţionarea diverselor sarcini de învăţare. În consecinţă, elevii îşi formează abilităţi de învăţare de nivel înalt, îşi pot autoevalua şi autocontrola procesul de învăţare, li se dezvoltă sentimentul că stăpânesc experienţa de învăţare.

IMPLEMENTATION OF STUDENT-CENTERED TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES IN VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Nowadays, it feels like there is a need to implement new teaching technologies that enhance the quality of training the professional skills of the future craftsmen from technical vocational education. The most appropriate education technologies used in the teaching are student oriented. In order to design a teaching technology, it is important to start from the lesson objectives, final performance objectives and professional competences which will be formed. The implementation of student-centered teaching technologies in vocational-technical education has a huge impact on the formation of professional skills in the students, their motivation for learning activities, with more interest and involvement in solving various learning tasks. Consequently, students develop learning skills at high level; have greater control over their own learning process and a better sense of ownership over the learning experience.
