Abstract
В статье рассмотрена модель физико-математических способностей инженера с точки зрения структуры и генезиса инженерного образования. Рассмотрены различия между понятиями «инженерная деятельность» и «деятельность инженера». Проведен анализ компонентов инженерного и физико-математического мышления. Для формирования и развития компонентов модели в процессе изучения студентами курса общей физики используются специализированные подборки задач.
