Abstract
Досліджено вплив 14-добової вібрації із частотами 8, 16, 24 і 32 Гц, амплітудою 0,8±0,12 мм на активність ферментів СОД-каталаза, ферментів системи глутатіону і вміст відновленого глутатіону в гомогенатах тканин нирок мишей. Показано наявність тканинної гіпоксії та зниження кількості відновленого глутатіону в досліджених органах. Проаналізовано зміни активностей окислювальних процесів і ферментів антиоксидантного захисту, виявлено зниження спроможності організму адекватно відповідати на такий стресовий фактор як низькочастотна вібрація.
