The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of practice variability in the accuracy of the penalty throw in handball. Fourteen young players from national team (15 ± 0,401 year; 8 ± 1,41 year of experience) took part in the study. Participants preformed two protocols of practice in different condition (variability of practice and specificity of practice).
