Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional dengan self regulated learning. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan dengan sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih secara random sebanyak 150 siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala dukungan sosial, skala kecerdasan emosional, dan skala self regulated learning yang disusun berdasarkan teori yang relevan dengan menggunakan metode Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa dengan kekuatan hubungan sebesar 8,35% ; adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa dengan kekuatan hubungan sebesar 22,27%; dan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap self-regulated learning pada siswa dengan kekuatan hubungan sebesar 25,29 %.
