Abstract
La relación sanitaria ha cambiado en las últimas décadas. Se ha hecho más social, intervienen más personas (médicos, enfermeras, psicólogos, trabajo social, etc). Esto lleva a replantear éticamente esta relación. Se reconoce que los modelos deliberativo y narrativo pueden ayudar de manera adecuada a la resolución de conflictos éticos. Se explora el universo institucional en el que se desarrolla la relación. Se reconoce la dificultad del trabajo multidisciplinar y multiprofesional. Se valora el cambio de rol de enfermería pasado de un modelo basado en el cuidado a un modelo basado en procesos. Se propone una vía colaborativa de trabajo conjunto con el paciente y la familia.
