Abstract
La autora se propone realizar un análisis sobre las condiciones de la fuerza de trabajo en Colombia entre (1900-2008) teniendo en cuenta el predominio de los distintos grupos de interés, especialmente los dueños de capital y las fuerzas de trabajo, en el marco de la interacción que da lugar a la configuración de organizaciones e instituciones. Esta concepción está fuertemente influida por el neoinstitucionalismo propuesto por Douglas North, quien entiende las instituciones como reglas de juego o límites que estructuran los incentivos de los individuos en el intercambio y, por tanto, inciden en la estabilidad, los cambios y las características del desempeño económico.
تهدف الباحثة إلى إجراء تحليل لأوضاع قوة العمل في كولومبيا بين عامي (1900-2008)، آخذةً في الاعتبار هيمنة مختلف جماعات المصالح، ولا سيما أصحاب رأس المال وقوى العمل، وذلك في إطار التفاعل الذي يُفضي إلى تشكيل المنظمات والمؤسسات. وتتأثر هذه الرؤية تأثراً بالغاً بالمؤسسية الجديدة التي طرحها دوغلاس نورث، والذي يفهم المؤسسات بوصفها قواعد اللعبة أو القيود التي تُهيكل حوافز الأفراد في عملية التبادل، وبالتالي تؤثر في الاستقرار والتحولات وخصائص الأداء الاقتصادي.
