Abstract
Jurnal ini membahas mengenai analisa risiko dan langkah mitigasi pada offshore pipeline milik PT. Kodeco Energy Co. Ltd., yang menghubungkan Poleng Process Platform (PPP) diperairan Madura menuju Gresik Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) dengan mode kegagalan pressure based. Indeks keandalan pipeline didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode Bea, sementara untuk menghitung konsekuensi kegagalan didapatkan dengan metode semi kuantitatif risk based inspection (RBI), sehingga bisa diketahui risiko dari suatu pipeline. Besarnya peluang kegagalan tiap kilometer poin (KP) pipeline akibat terjadinya burst pressure sangat kecil yaitu dibawah 0.016, sehingga pipeline andal terhadap terjadinya burst pressure, untuk besarnya tingkat risiko tiap kilometer poin (KP) pipeline adalah Menengah Tinggi (1E). Selanjutnya untuk mitigation yang digunakan berdasarkan API RBI 581 adalah inventory blowdown, sehingga besarnya tingkat risiko tiap kilometer poin (KP) pipeline menjadi Menengah (1D).
