Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal siswa antara siswa Program Khusus dengan siswa Reguler di SMP Batik surakarta.
Populasi penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Batik Surakarta, baik Reguler maupun Program Khusus tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 84 siswa dengan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan T test dua sampel.
Simpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal siswa program Khusus dan Siswa program Reguler di SMP Batik Surakarta. Nilai rata-rata siswa yang menempuh pendidikan program khusus sebesar 153,05, sedang yang menempuh program reguler sebesar 137,41.
