Abstract
In the developed market economy, the complex capital structures are the substantial method of an economic cooperation between companies, both in terms of individual countries and across the world. Therefore, it is essential for particular countries to adopt similar solutions into their national regulations which would clearly and accurately standardize the issues of capital groupsí activity. This paper presents the problem of regulations pertaining to the creation and functioning of complex capital structures and their evaluation.
