Abstract
O presente artigo quer ser uma reflexão – e um breve resumo - sobre um pouco do debate que se trava nos meios acadêmicos a respeito da identidade acadêmica da(s) Ciência(s) da(s) Religião(ões), particularmente no ambiente da pós-graduação. Não se trata de uma revisão de literatura, nem pretende, o artigo, abarcar todas as nuances e questões em jogo. Apenas, de forma muito limitada, visa oferecer algumas reflexões e fragmentos de reflexão para uma determinada visualização sobre o tema, suas dificuldades e oportunidades. Quer ser, portanto, uma breve introdução ao tema. Para esta reflexão, descrevo um pouco do mapa das Ciências da Religião no Brasil, algumas características importantes que o mapa apresenta, além de problematizar certas características presentes no mapa.
