Abstract
Este artigo propõe um debate sobre o Campo da Saúde Mental, sua estruturação no Brasil, seus conceitos e postulados . A partir dos dados obtidos em teses, dissertações de mestrado, artigos de periódicos, relatórios oficiais e de associações analisados na tese de doutorado da autora, debate-se a articulação da produção do conhecimento, o pensamento e o movimento no interior do Campo da Saúde Mental e suas implicações na formação do psicólogo, com especial destaque à interdisciplinaridade. Põe também em discussão o conceito de saúde e doença mental. As bases teóricas apoiam-se na teoria de Campo de Pierre Bourdieu e na metodologia da Arqueologia do saber de Michel Foucault .

This article intends to propose a debate about the Mental Health Field, its structure in Brazil as well as its concepts and proposals. From data gathered in theses, master degree dissertations, periodical articles, official and association reports which were analyzed for the author’s doctoral thesis, the articulation of the production of knowledge, thinking and movement in the interior of the Mental Health Field is debated, and its implications in the education of the psychologist, with special emphasis to interdisciplinarity. It also brings into discussion the concept of mental health and illness. The theoretical background is supported by Pierre Bourdieu’s Field Theory, and by Michael Foucalt’s methodology of Archaeology of knowledge.
يقترح هذا المقال نقاشًا حول حقل الصحة النفسية، وهيكلته في البرازيل، ومفاهيمه ومسلماته. وبناءً على البيانات المستمدة من أطروحات الدكتوراه، ورسائل الماجستير، ومقالات الدوريات العلمية، والتقارير الرسمية وتقارير الجمعيات التي حُلِّلت في أطروحة الدكتوراه للمؤلفة، يناقش المقال تمفصل إنتاج المعرفة والفكر والحراك داخل حقل الصحة النفسية، وتداعيات ذلك على تكوين الأخصائي النفسي، مع التركيز بوجه خاص على التداخل التخصصي. كما يطرح للنقاش مفهوم الصحة والمرض النفسي. وتستند الأسس النظرية إلى نظرية الحقل لبيير بورديو ومنهجية أركيولوجيا المعرفة لميشيل فوكو.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى طرح نقاش حول حقل الصحة النفسية، وبنيته في البرازيل، فضلاً عن مفاهيمه ومقترحاته. وانطلاقًا من البيانات التي جُمعت من أطروحات الدكتوراه، ورسائل الماجستير، ومقالات الدوريات، والتقارير الرسمية وتقارير الجمعيات التي جرى تحليلها في أطروحة الدكتوراه للمؤلفة، يناقش البحث تمفصل إنتاج المعرفة والفكر والحراك داخل حقل الصحة النفسية، وانعكاسات ذلك على تأهيل الأخصائي النفسي، مع التركيز بوجه خاص على الدراسات البينية. كما يضع في دائرة النقاش مفهوم الصحة النفسية والمرض النفسي. وتستند الخلفية النظرية إلى نظرية الحقل لبيير بورديو، ومنهجية أركيولوجيا المعرفة لميشيل فوكو.
Dieser Artikel regt eine Debatte über das Feld der psychischen Gesundheit, dessen Strukturierung in Brasilien sowie seine Konzepte und Postulate an. Auf der Grundlage von Daten aus Dissertationen, Masterarbeiten, Zeitschriftenartikeln sowie offiziellen Berichten und Verbandsberichten, die in der Doktorarbeit der Autorin analysiert wurden, wird die Verknüpfung von Wissensproduktion, Denken und Bewegung innerhalb des Feldes der psychischen Gesundheit und deren Implikationen für die Ausbildung von Psychologinnen und Psychologen diskutiert, unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Interdisziplinarität. Zudem wird das Konzept von psychischer Gesundheit und Krankheit zur Diskussion gestellt. Das theoretische Fundament stützt sich auf die Feldtheorie von Pierre Bourdieu und die Methodologie der Archäologie des Wissens von Michel Foucault.

Dieser Artikel beabsichtigt, eine Debatte über das Feld der psychischen Gesundheit, dessen Struktur in Brasilien sowie seine Konzepte und Entwürfe vorzuschlagen.
