Abstract
The method of determination of competitive prices of individual houses, which is based on the price depending on the customer value of the object to the decision maker. Line «red price» compared to residential houses built on the basis of an assessment of their quality aggregate-decomposition method. The price of the test at home is determined by the line «red price» for its calculated level of quality. The technique can be used in the valuation of real estate activities. An example of determining the price of an apartment house, located in the suburbs of a large city.
