Abstract
Las actuales repatriaciones de gitanos que el gobierno de Sarkozy ha puesto en marcha nos obliga a reflexionar una vez más sobre la relación entre el fenómeno de las migraciones y su gestión política. En este pequeño ensayo se abordan los temas teóricos que las políticas de inmigración conllevan, con particular atención a la gestión política de los espacios humanos. De hecho es a través del análisis de la libertad «espacial» que se pueden entrever elementos biopolíticos en las políticas de inmigración de los Estados y de la Unión Europea.
