Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to provide some reflections on the nature and condition of Sinaloa to the use of investment in research and graduate from the perspective of the knowledge economy. In that sense, the concept of human capital and its impact on economic growth, the possibilities of the state are analyzed to transform the development of human resources in high stock that promotes economic growth through Sinaloa research and the generation of new knowledge to the region.
