Abstract
O estudo teve como objetivo explicitar as publicações referentes ao tema sistema de remuneração e recompensas dentre os anos que corresponde a 2004-2014. Para atingir a proposta, adotou-se do paradigma de pesquisa quantitativo, denominado por pesquisa descritiva e do tipo bibliométrico. Duas questões foram elucidadas, a primeira estabelece a
quantificação das publicações científicas, e a segunda remete a compreensão do estado-daarte que servirá de fonte de informações secundárias para novos estudos que empregarão o tema.
