Abstract
Il presente lavoro passa brevemente in rassegna l'esperienza delle economie pianificate con le riforme e l'importanza della loro esperienza in Cina . Vengono analizzati i tentativi fatti per il decentramento del processo decisionale inCina sono e vengono dati suggerimenti per ulteriori riforme . L'autore sottolinea l'interdipendenza del processo decisionale decentrata, l'utilizzo di prezzi come segnali per l'allocazione delle risorse , incentivi a livello di produzione , e la concorrenza tra le unità di produzione The present work briefly reviews the experience of centrally planned economies with reforms and the relevance of their experience to China. Attempts made at the decentralisation of decision-making in China are considered and recommendations are offered for further reforms. The author emphasises the interdependence of decentralised decision making, the use of prices as signals for resource allocation, incentives a the production level, and competition among producing units.
