Abstract
RESUMEN: En el presente artículo el autor, a través, entre otros de documentos epigráficos, estudia la serie de vejaciones de variado tipo a la que son sometidos los colonos en la transición a la tardía antigüedad, indefensos ante esta opresión. Palabras clave: colono, sumisión, resistencia, antigüedad tardía.

ABSTRACT: In this article the author studies a series of different types of ill-treatment which colonists were subjected to in Late Antiquity through epigraphic documents among other sources. The colonists were helpless against this oppression.
