Abstract
En septiembre de 2007, en Bogotá, la Comunidad Andina de Naciones inició negociaciones con la Unión Europea con el fin de llegar a un Acuerdo de Asociación entre estos dos entes regionales. Este hecho es examinado por el autor haciendo un análisis de las cumbres llevadas a cabo, los temas y figuras legales involucradas, y planteando al final conclusiones sobre los obstáculos y perspectivas en la realización del acuerdo.
