Abstract
Esse ensaio discute a representação do sujeito pós-moderno nos contos O Cobrador e Mandrake, ambos presentes na antologia de contos O Cobrador, de Rubem Fonseca. Antes de discutirmos esses contos, faremos uma breve discussão sobre as principais características do indivíduo pós-moderno. Em nossa análise, enfatizamos a construção de identidades multifacetadas e o desejo de mudar o status quo como sendo dois elementos-chave do sujeito na pós-modernidade.
