Abstract
На базе Стоматологической поликлиники КрасГМУ города Красноярска проведен анализ хирургического лечения у 889 больных пожилого и старческого возраста с сопутствующей соматической патологией. Выделены группы риска пациентов, плановое хирургическое вмешательство которым показано лишь после соответствующей фармакологической коррекции, проводимой с целью снижения послеоперационных осложнений.
В результате работы сформулированы алгоритмы предоперационной подготовки у больных с сопутствующей соматической патологией, включающие фармакологическую коррекцию.
