Abstract
Este trabajo aborda la actividad humana desde la psicología histórico-cultural. Muestra enel proceso de la actividad: a) el carácter objetal o acción práctica con los objetos; y b) la imagensubjetiva del mundo objetivo. Desarrolla los dos eslabones de la actividad: el de orientación,con sus necesidades, motivos y tareas; y el de ejecución, con sus acciones y operaciones.Precisa la acción mediada por los instrumentos materiales y psicológicos (signos). Concreta laactividad intelectual y la relaciona con la actividad de estudio. Señala, en la actividad deestudio, las acciones intelectuales de comprensión del texto y de memorización. Concluyecómo la teoría de la actividad es un logro importante de la psicología histórico-cultural.
