Abstract
O Comitê Internacional das Ciências Históricas publicou há tempos "Trabalhos da Comissão para a História das grandes viagens e dos descobrimento", inaugurados por uma bibliografia concernente aos anos de 1912-1931 e dirigida por Eugène Déprez, professor da Universidade de Rennes e presidente da Comissão. Uma equipe internacional nela colaborara após reuniões realizadas sucessivamente em Budapeste, em Haia e no Congresso de Varsóvia, em 1933. Um só colaborador não europeu figurava nessa equipe, o sr. Lanctot do Canadá. A revisão das fichas fôra feita pelo Presidente da Comissão e pelo Prof. Almagià, professor da Universidade de Roma e vice-presidente da Comissão, da qual o Prof. Ricard, hoje professor da Sorbonne e, então, no Instituto dos Altos Estudos Marroquinos de Rabat, era secretário.
