Abstract
A partir da constatação de um enfraquecimento dos debates sobre a angústia, o presente estudo procura resgatar o conceito e os fenômenos da angústia no contexto da leitura psicanalítica sobres eles. Ele se divide em quatro partes assim nomeadas: antecedentes filosóficos do conceito psicanalítico de angústia; a construção do conceito freudiano e as duas teorias da angústia; as vicissitudes do diagnóstico de neurose de angústia nas sucessivas edições da Classificação de transtornos mentais e de comportamento da Classificação Estatística Internacional de Doenças e Problemas Relacionados com a Saúde (CID -10) e no Manual estatístico e diagnóstico dos Transtornos mentais ( DSM); a contribuição de Lacan e os fenômenos da angústia.
انطلاقاً من ملاحظة تراجع النقاشات حول القلق، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استعادة مفهوم القلق وظواهره في سياق القراءة التحليلية النفسية لهما. وتنقسم الدراسة إلى أربعة أجزاء معنونة كالآتي: الخلفيات الفلسفية لمفهوم القلق في التحليل النفسي؛ وبناء المفهوم الفرويدي ونظريتا القلق؛ وتقلبات تشخيص عصاب القلق في الطبعات المتعاقبة لتصنيف الاضطرابات النفسية والسلوكية ضمن التصنيف الإحصائي الدولي للأمراض والمشكلات الصحية ذات الصلة (ICD-10) وفي الدليل التشخيصي والإحصائي للاضطرابات النفسية (DSM)؛ ومساهمة لاكان وظواهر القلق.
