Abstract
The research investigates the budgets of local and communitarian media communication to understand the transit from communitarian to local of Radio Titan and the characteristics that prevail in the process. For this we employ a qualitative methodology that uses empirical methods such as standardized interview and key informant interview, participant observation and review of research reports Programming Department of station. The results found a strong medium-community interaction inherited from the non-institutionalized stage of media and manifested in its structural and organizational development and production of content, making it difficult to delimitation of boundaries between the local and the communitarian, and contributes to explain the high rate of consumption.
