Abstract
Se efectuó una investigación en sistemas y servicios de salud, de corte pedagógico, en el Policlínico Universitario "José Martí Pérez" del municipio de Santiago de Cuba, con vistas a evaluar la calidad de la ejecución del Programa de Morfofisiología Humana I durante el primer semestre del curso académico 2009-2010. Por tal razón se elaboraron los criterios, indicadores y estándares requeridos para poder valorar la satisfacción de 32 estudiantes con los resultados docentes, la de los 2 profesores con el trabajo desarrollado en la asignatura Morfofisiología y la de los 5 tutores de los consultorios médicos. De la información obtenida y procesada se derivó que el mencionado Programa no se ejecutó con la calidad convenida, atribuible fundamentalmente al estado inadecuado de los recursos materiales y a la insatisfacción con los resultados del examen ordinario y el desarrollo de la citada materia, tanto por parte de los educandos como de quienes la impartieron.
A research with a pedagogic approach was conducted on health systems and services at "José Martí Pérez" University Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba municipality, with the purpose of assessing the quality of implementation of the Human Morphophysiology I Program in the first semester of the academic year 2009-2010. For this reason criteria, indicators and standards required to value the satisfaction of 32 students with learning outcomes and 2 teachers with the work carried out in the Morphophysiology subject, and that of the 5 tutors of doctor's offices were developed. From the information obtained and processed resulted that the above program was not implemented with the agreed quality, attributable mainly to the inadequate state of the material resources and dissatisfaction with the results of the regular review and development of this subject both by students and those who taught it.
