 L'inscription latine de fondation de la Forteresse d'Assos à Céphalonie

Après un examen analytique de l'écriture, l'auteur publie, avec un commentaire critique, le texte de vingt-deux vers d'une inscription la­tine de 1595, de la forteresse vénitienne d'Assos à Céphalonie: cette in­scription, qui est un monument épigraphique des plus importants du Levant vénitien, constitue une chronique de la fondation de la forteresse, sous le doge Pasquale Cicogna. L'édition du texte est suivie d'un commen­taire historique.
