Abstract
The treatment method of photodynamic antibacterial therapy were 24 patients with chronic periodontitis severity before starting orthodontic treatment. After carrying out professional hygiene of the oral cavity and three sessions of photodynamic therapy is a weakening of destructive processes in the periodontium. This is confirmed by clinical data, normalization of the time of formation of vacuum bruising and reduction of the microbial component, defined using the BANA test.
