Abstract
Запропонована методика виконання розрахунків визначення режимів роботи IGBT модулів дворівневого інвертора напруги. Запропоновані формули розрахунків для визначення максимальної та мінімальної температури IGBT чіпів при циклічному навантаженні. На основі експериментальних досліджень фірми SEMIKRON розроблена формула визначення кількості циклів до відмови IGBT4 модулів в залежності від перепаду температури та середньої температури в циклі
