Abstract
Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisara propriedade, realçando as transformaçõesuniversais, sociais e jurídicas ocorridas em suaconcepção através dos tempos. Todavia, dedica-se em especial a analisar os aspectos contemporâneosda propriedade, dentre os quaisdestacam-se a imprescindibilidade do efetivocumprimento da função socioambiental da propriedadee os institutos jurídicos e políticos existentesno ordenamento jurídico brasileiro dispostosà concretização deste fim.This paper aims on analyzing theproperty, highlighting universal social andlegal changes, which happened throughtime. However, it devotes some time,specially, on analyzing contemporaryaspects of property, pointing outindispensability of real accomplishmentfrom social-environmental task of propertyas well as legal and political institutes onBrazilian law to carry out this goal.
