Abstract
Este artigo refere-se a uma pesquisa, financiada pelo CNPq, que em conjunto com outras, nasce de uma proposta mais abrangente, integrada ao programa do Mestrado em Educação/UFPB, dentro da linha de pesquisa ensino básico. O trabalho que ora se apresenta, parte da relação psicossociológica entre alunos e professores, e busca compreender como os alunos elaboram e apreendem a representação de professor, quais os elementos que permeiam essa relação e como são usados nessa construção.
