El artículo se inicia con una precisión conceptual sobre los derechos fundamentales, determinando su contenido, clasificación y límites, en una perspectiva teórica y de derecho constitucional boliviano. El autor se detiene en una aproximación desde la Constitución boliviana al concepto de contenido esencial de los derechos y los límites de ellos, además de considerar las instituciones protectoras de tales derechos y las vías para tal protección, que pueden utilizar las personas. El texto concluye con una selección de jurisprudencia reciente del Tribunal Constitucional Boliviano, referente a algunos aspectos considerados en el cuerpo del artículo.
This article begins with a conceptual accuracy about the Fundamental Rights determining their contents, classifications, and limits in a theoretical and Bolivian constitutional law perspective. The author lingers in an approximation from the Bolivian Constitution to the essential content of the rights concept and their limitations. The author also considers the protective institutions of such rights and the roads to such protection that people can use. The text concludes with a recent jurisprudence selection from the Bolivian Constitutional Court referring to some aspects considered in this article.
