Abstract

Resumo: A presente pesquisa é uma reflexão sobre a variação linguística do português brasileiro e moçambicano na vertente lexical, na qual discutimos em primeiro lugar os conceitos de estrangeirismos, empréstimos, brasileirismos e moçambicanismos.Trabalhando com corpora de três dicionários (um moçambicano,um brasileiro e um português), concluímos que os brasileirismos provêm das línguas tupi, inglês, italiano, japonês e muitas outraslínguas que chegaram ao Brasil fruto da colonização. Osmoçambicanismos resultam também do contato entre o portuguêse as mais de vinte línguas bantu faladas em Moçambique bem comodo inglês e das línguas asiáticas. Concluímos ainda que tanto osbrasileirismos quanto os moçambicanismos só enriquecem a línguaportuguesa que une todos países lusófonos.

Abstract: This research is a discussion on the linguistic variation of Brazilian and Mozambican Portuguese in lexical aspect, in which we discussed first the concepts of foreigness, loans, brazilianisms and mozambicanisms. Working with corpora of three dictionaries (one Mozambican, one Brazilian and one Portuguese), we concluded that the brazilianisms come from Tupi, English, Italian, Japanese languages and many other languages that arrived in Brazil as result of colonization. The mozambicanisms also result from contact between Portuguese and over twenty Bantu languages spoken in Mozambique as well as English and asian languages. We can also conclude that both brazilianisms and mozambicanisms only enrich Portuguese language that unites all Portuguese speaking countries.
