This paper refers to the experiences of Turkish public administration which has drawn its lessons from economic crises in the last two decades. While the country has been recording such progress on the way to achieve socio-economic development, she has put New Public Management reform efforts to transfer her experiences to the improvement of public administration. From a governance perspective, in search for solutions to crises, ethics, priorities, information sector, public initiatives to economize have been dealt with.
