Abstract
This document is the result of a research conducted on teacher-student relationship, and how it influences learning in college students high school. As part of the results found that the type of relationship that the teacher performs with his students, is based on friendliness and respect relationship, in which the process of learning occurs in the context of a simple game of both agents in the classroom. The main factors impeding the student teacher ratio are the personal characteristics of the subjects participating in the process, interest, willingness and commitment that students and teachers should have toward the educational act, numerous groups, poor motivation that the student receives from his teacher, among others.
